The International Association for Energy Economics hosts its International Conference on an annual basis. Past conferences have included topics such as Energy Markets & the New Millenium: Economics, Environment, Security of Supply; New Equilibria in the Energy Markets: The Role of New Regions and Areas; Experimenting with Freer Markets: Lessons from the Last 20 Years and Prospects for the Future. Conferences have taken place in cities throughout the world like Rome, New Delhi, Budapest, Washington D.C. and Sydney. The next conference will take place in Prague, Czech Republic from June 5-7, 2003.
