Description:	Research lab at the University of Washington dedicated to the study of retroviruses, especially HIV-1. Jim Mullins' Laboratory is located in the Rosen Building of South Lake Union. Our lab uses the techniques of molecular, computational, and virus biology to provide basic insights into the relationship between HIV and human hosts in an effort to fight to stop the AIDS pandemic.
