Homepage of the Agricultural Biotechnology Support Project (ABSP) a project funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and based at Michigan State University (MSU). ABSP assists developing countries in the development and management of appropriate agricultural biotechnogies -- this includes collaborative research projects to develop transgenic crops, and assistance with policy issues such as technology transfer, biosafety and intellectual property rights (IPR).
